Dear Sir,
As one of my colleuge is staying in rented house . she is geeting HRA also. while Salary TDS calculation we not giving HRA Ememption to her due not producing the Rent Receipt (Declaration).
now My Question is she can Claim HRA Exemption from IT Dept or Not through filing of E Return

Yes, she can claim the exemption if she has received House rent allowance from employer and have been actually paying the rent.

But why the person is not eager to produce rent receipt & claiming the exemption thru Employer itself.
Anyways, she can claim the exemption at the time of ITR.

Yes agree with mishra she can claim by filing return.
Note that rental receipts not required if she pays rent less Rs.3000.
