Can employee claim HRA deduction while paying Home loan? He got the possession for home but not leaving in that home due to the reason that doing job in other city?

Yes ,an assessee can avail both , if he/she satisfies conditions of both section 10(13A) and section 24(b) of the Income tax Act,1961.
