I am residing in my parent house in Delhi.
I have financed builder floor in Rohini , Delhi and rented the same . Under what circumstances can I claim both HRA as well as housing principle n interest benefit . Pls advise ?

You cannot avail benefit of HRA.
But your rent income is taxable subject to certain deductions and calculations.
