Dear Sir,
If a person having his own house taken house lone on it, even though he is taking benefit of HRA as well as benefit of house lone repayment and interest.
I want to know that Is HRA allowance is legal and allowable?
He is living in his own house.

Yes,
Benefit of HRA and Interest on home loan can be taken simuntaneously.
If you are living in rented premises then HRA exemption is available irrespective of the fact that you own a house.
