we are paying HRA to our employee and also provide rent free accomodationIN GUEST HOUSE , please advice we can charge prequision of accomodation OR NOT.

HRA is fully taxable
Perquisite value of rent free accomodation in Guest House need to be computed and included
Besides tax angle, does any Company pay HRA and provide rent free accomodation in Guest House to one employee in the same month, If it is done, word "HRA" is not appropriate; better invent a new one
