How to show income in itr

22 March 2017 hello sir/mam, i filed an itr4 for my client and showing some income from coaching classes and some income from 44 ad for coaching classes i fill profit & loss account but for 44 ad income i did not filled any balance sheet and profit & loss account .... so i want to know whether they can issue notice under section 139(9) and when i ll get notice how to reply that notice....and what should be the best method to file itr in case of income from coaching and some business income too....can i fill tution income in other sources and business income in 44 ad...so that he should not want to prepare books of accounts. Thanks plz advice expert.. in two three dayz i hv to file another return for 16-17 a/y ...so that i does not do dis mistake or any mistake again in filling return

22 March 2017 You should show tuition also under income from business and profession u/s 44AD. Fill gross receipts, gross profit, expenses and net profit only in Sch P&L and stock, cash, debtors and creditors only in Sch BS f the return.
