How to pay gst against previous short payment

GST was paid by me as per GSTR 3B for each month. But subsequently, due to some changes in book entries, a liability is shown against GST in my account books. Please let me know how this short payment of GST may be paid now ?

Correct gstr 3b current month and pay it with interest.
