How to get tds refund after show cr in 26 as

01 December 2013 dear sir, I have file TDs return AY 2012 2013 but till today 26 as. has not show credit and then we correct it by deductor it and now credit show in 26 As . then when I get my refund from IT dept.pls give me guidance what step taken by IT officer To issue refund.because the ITO not giving proper reply to me about this matter. and money is unused remain in IT DEPT. because of ITOFFICER refusing us and giving proper guidance .Sir how many days taken to issue refund. and what process to do to issue refund by it department. we will wait your reply thanks my refund amt is 182000.

01 December 2013 u need to claim tds refund only via filling income tax return and in no other way u can claim refund.
