I did not filed income tax return of FA 2013-14 ( AY 2014-15 ). For that year TDS of Rs. 25000 has been deducted. My income for that year is below taxable limit. How can I claim my refund.

File condonation petition with your Commissioner of income tax. After approval by CIT file on line ITR claiming refund.
