we had files form23B in july,12 but we forgate the SRN No OF THE SAME, HOW WE CAME TO KNOW THE SAME, Required to file forms 23ac etc..

28 October 2012 “Enter the SRN of Form 23B filed in relation to the appointment of the auditor who has audited the attached balance sheet, if available. If the SRN of Form 23B is not available or in case information by auditor to ROC in Form 23B is not required to be filed, you may enter Z99999999”

28 October 2012 U can check it from ur Account of MCA portal also from where u have filed the form 23B...

by choosing the option transaction status just put the starting date and end date (the period in which you have filed the form) from there u can find out the SRN.

if u get the SRN then u can also get the payment challan of the same by choosing the option payment status..
