HI friend can u please send me procedure in filing return of individual as well as payment of tax by way of online & offline.

My advice is that you should pay taxes as well as file returns online. Through online mode it becomes easier to track processing status of returns as well as of refunds.
to pay taxes online, kindly use the following link :
https://onlineservices.tin.nsdl.com/etaxnew/tdsnontds.jsp
For payment of income tax, use the Challan No 280.
For filing tax returns online, kindly visit the website : https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/
Create a online account on this website. Thereafter, you shall be able to file the return online.

Correct!!
You have to select Chalan no. 280 & select Self Assessment for paying Tax.
