A Pvt. Company is not working since last 12 years. One of two director has been died in an accident. Company status is showing in MCA portal - strike off. Now another director wants to make company active.
What is the procedure to renew company registration ?

Move a suit before the jurisdictional high court u/s 560(6) of the Companies Act,1956 to restore the name.
