Dear all,
Please solve my problem
My father got 8, 00,000.00(salary 3lakh +Arrears 5lakh) salary with arrears (regarding 2006-2010) so TDS was deducted.
He has salary income only no other incomes
He misplaced his Frm 16 regarding A.Y 2007-08
He started filing of IT Returns from A.Y 2009-10 on wards
So how can he claim refund u/s 89 relief? Or is there any other way
Please give your suggestions

Please calculate the relief by giving the arrears salary of the year of which the income is related and than calculate the tax liability for tax of that year. In such way you can calculate the relief.
