I was working in hyderabad, I am having a house loan and now I am shifting to Bangalore I want to know can I claim HRA there as I am going to letout my previous in hyderabad and I am going to stay in a rented house there.

You are entitled to claim HRA exemption (to be worked out as per Rule 2-A)for rent paid by you in Bangalore
You are however required to show rental income from Hyderabad house in your return of income
You cannot claim two houses as for self occupation
