standard rent- 20000p.m.
how much vacacy allowance i claim?
Is it compulsary to claim vacancy allowance that in F.Y. 09-10 house property must be rented ?

Whether the Income compute as deemed let out? if it is consider deemed let out then how much annual value?

24 May 2011 Concept of deemed to be let out comes into picture only if u have more than one HP in ur self occupation
if in ur case the prop is DTLP then standard tent will be the ALV
