House property

07 July 2014 If registration fees and stamp duty has
been paid on a new house property purchased
and possesion is not yet received, will the registration fees and stamp duty be eligible for deduction u/s 80c.

07 July 2014 but if name is in the assessee then yes allowed.

08 July 2014 if you pay the stamp duty fee then you can claim the deduction u/s 80C

08 July 2014 If the stampduty paid in Previous year and assessee will get the possesion on house property in next to previous year in that case which year assessee will get the deduction u/s 80C.
