Help in taking career decision

27 October 2016 Currently I have taken admission in M.Com of jamia millia islamia in July 2016 by cracking it's entrance,because of CA I have dropped maharaja agrasen college of DU in first year and took admission in SOL for B.Com(H),I graduated from SOL this year,i passed my 12th from kv in march 2013 with 94% marks. I have appeared twice for CA ipcc but both the time I failed in aggregate, in may 2016 I got stuck by 6 marks in aggregate,cleared all the papers but in aggregate I failed.because of twice failure on ipcc I joined m.com of jamia after my graduation,it is a full time regular m.com programme . I am really confused whether to go with this M.Com of JMI and leave CA OR quit this m.com and start CA internship as I have graduated so I can convert my cpt route in direct entry route.each day I go to college to attend classes but my mind always remind me of CA,should I start CA articleship? And give ipcc during my training,?I am getting internship in nearby my hometown in Kolkata. Or I should continue with of JMI and prepare for NET/JRF later? I don't want to leave CA as it is my dream since class 11 and also don't want to stuck in CA for several years.

28 October 2016 Shahnawaz sir, since your dream is to become CA, then you must give your whole hearted effort to take up CA course and come out with flying colors. If you to pursue MCOM, that can be done at point of time. But, in today's day and age, Mcom doesn't carry too much weightage, unless you want to become lecturer in a college. CA has enormous scope, only if you go for it whole hearted. In the past you said by six marks you failed, it means that you have the talent in you, it needs to be converted into positive energy so that you come out successful in life. In short, drop your Mcom idea and take up CA with passion. Best of luck.

28 October 2016 I think you LACK in the maturity needed to crack the IPCC. The finishing touch is required in your attempt. I feel that once you do M Com (full time and regular), you are bound to gain the maturity, which is right now lagging. So, my advice would be do join M Com with the intention of rejoining CA, after gaining the maturity...All the best.
