08 July 2010 One of our want to buy product from us & export it but want to sale on his name. did he issue us H Form or not? what kind of Taxes are applicable to us & him.

08 July 2010 Exports are exempt from Sales Tax/VAT. The penultimate sale is also exempt. For this purpose, the exporter need to issue declaration Form "H".

He have to issue H form. Transaction exempt from Sales Tax/Vat at both hands.
