Please give your view
If a specified person is paying service tax on freight inward after availing 75% abatement.Can it take cenvat credit of this service tax.

Tax paid on GTA after abetment on inward transport is available as cenvat credit. So far this aspect is concerned, there is no change before or after March'08.
