As per Notification No.8/2017-Central Tax (Rate) dated 28th June 2017, intra-state supplies of goods or services or both received by a registered person from any unregistered supplier, is exempted from GST if it does not exceed Rs. 5,000 in a day.

Yes you have to pay tax on it under RCM.

Shamsheer this notificatio. is for RCM u/s 9(3) not for 9(4)....
You have to pay GST if amount of builty is more than Rs.750/-

In my view you are not a GTA.. Also you can't register your transport in GST...
You are supply your goods to your customer wit your own vehicle.
So, In this way you ll be charge GST on your transporting you must add the details in your invoice then only you can collect GST on your transporting...
You can't charge separate bill for your transporting. It's your own business dealing or your marketing...
* Your transport service is under exempted category. So, You dont want pay tax on your transport service...
