I m second year article and want to ask that in GTA there is reverse charge but what if transporter charging us service tax and we are paying him including service tax...plz guide for the above

In case of service receiver is individual not registered in excise No reverse charge applicable hence pay freight along with service tax to GTA.

Payment should be done excluding service tax and service tax payable under RCM.
