Under GTA services value based exemption is provided to small service providers.

Exemption to GTA services are given in Entry 21 of Notif 25/2012-ST dtd 20-6-2012 as amended by Notif No 3/2013-ST dated 01-3-2013... Exemption for SSI i..e Rs 10 lacs given in notif No 33/2012-St dtd 20-6-2012 but normally GTA covered in RCM thus no effect of the same.....
