03 December 2017 Suppose my works contract service starts on 16/08/17 and completes on 21/09/17. And I had issued the invoice for the same on 13/10/2017. What will be the date of supply in this case for the purpose of GSTR 3B?
Also if dt of supply is 21/09/17 then cant't there be mismatch ?
