dear sir i had purchase material from unregestred person whether i has to pay gst under RCM or not.

dear sir give me rates changes regarding textiles , diamond, real estate in short. whether in textiles 5 % rates fix both catagery of items price above rs 1000 rate 12% below Rs 1000 is 5 % rate applicable.
