Gst on rented property

I wish to clarify a matter of rented property which I have in Kerala which is leased out as a branch office to a company registered in mumbai. So how should I bill them and what tax I should collect ? State tax ie: CGST And SGST or IGST

They need to register branch office under gst so charge cgst and sgst.
