Dear Experts,

We are providing Health Care Services as of now we are paying Vat on Pharmacy and Luxury Tax on Room Services and Taking Service Exemption under Notification No. 25/2012.

Please tell the GST Applicability on us...

04 April 2017 GST shall be payable on sale of medicines, room services. Whether the Government shall extend exemption to basic medical facilities is yet to be seen and can be known only after exemption notification is notified.

19 July 2017 Dear Experts, We are providing Health Care Services as of now we are paying Vat on Pharmacy and Luxury Tax on Room Services and Taking Service Exemption under Notification No. 25/2012. Please tell the GST Applicability on us... 1.As per my knowledge health care services got complete exemptions from GST so we don't need pay any tax on Room rents ? 2.We are taking inputs from Pharmacy purchase and paying tax on sales can we took any inputs from my service bills line telephone and professional service ?
