Gst on fright if it charged in bill by registred supplier

Sir pls confirm that if frieght is charged by supplier in his bill alongwith material value , will we have to pay GST under rcm against fright or not?

No need to pay GST under RCM as freight is charged by supplier and he has to pay GST under RCM.
