Gst on commission received from out side of india

25 June 2018 Sir,
We are going to receive Rs.5 lacs as commission from out side of india, should we pay gst on commission, though my turn over below 20 lacs, & the foreign company has no GST No. how could i make gst return? please help us "shantanu2me@gmail.com".
