Wer are service provider billed to a govt. party GST NO 07DELW01928D1DZ but invalid shown at time the enter in gstr 1 b2b
now we can teken it to B2C ? but party not can not taken input on it
Please suggest

I think the above typed GSTIN is wrong number. Ask the customer's correct GSTIN
