12 March 2019 Hello Sir i have one question about GST Threshold Limit as per New Amendment of law.
I want to know About 40Lakh limit for Non-GST Which category Registration, Regular or Composition Or Both. ?
plz tell me sir ?

12 March 2019 It will be on regular category.

GST Threshold limit as per Amendment Law :- If your aggregate turnover is upto Rs 40 Lakh , you will not required to take registration and comply the GST Provisions subject to certain conditions such as :-

If you are dealing in Goods ( Not services )
Making intra state supply ( Not apply for interstate )
Not applicable wherever , registration is mandatory under sec 24 of GST Act . ie e commerce operator etc

effective from 01 Apr 2019

13 March 2019 For composition it is Rs. 1.5 crores.
However, the limit remains Rs 75 lakhs for N.E states & Uttarakhand.
