Gst in tender bidding document

is it mandatory to apply cgst and sgst on the gross amount of product/services while doing boq/bidding document in any tender? if yes, then act and rules associated with it.

You have to apply GST only on your supplies and services not on gross value. GST not applicable on owner supply and GST will be paid by owner directly.
