IN NEW FROM GST CMP 08 "OUTWARD SUPPLIES INCLUDING EXEMPT SALES" MEANS AB KYA TOTAL SALES PAR HI TAX DENA PAREGA SMALL TRADERS KO?
AFTER JANUARY 2018 ONLY TAXABLE SUPPLY PAR HI TAX DENE HOTA THA . PLZ EXPLAIN......

In circular No. 01/2018 dt 01 Jan 2018 - SIRF TRADERS KE LIYE AMEND KIYA THAA ( It was amended only for the Traders ) .
in CLAUSE iii, for the words “half per cent. of the turnover”, the words “half per cent. of the turnover of taxable supplies of goods” shall be substituted.
New Form CMP 8 clearly says - Outward Supplies ( including exempted supplies )
Clarification awaited from Government as lots of confusion is there.
