Grouping of service tax

if you are going to grouping of service tax on input service you will do to it but dont mixup any other taxes in this group f.e vat tax,muncipal tax,income tax so on

but if we grouped service tax under duties & taxes. we have to deposite service tax on the receipts basis & if we grouped service tax under duties & taxes it will be very diffucult to find the liability under service tax.do you have any solutions on it?
