03 March 2009 Can I Claim an exemption U/s 10(10)(III) for gratuity paid to employees who have not done continous service, even though my company is covered under the payment of gratuity Act ?

03 March 2009 section 10(10) gratuity exemption is available to employees and not to employer and if ur non- govt. employee covered under the payment of gratuity act than section 10(10)(II) will be applicable. can u plz clear ur doubt m nt getting it.

03 March 2009 Can give an exemption U/s 10(10)(iii) for gratuity paid to employees who have not done continous service( i.e empolyees who have worked for less than 5 Years ), even though my company is covered under the payment of gratuity Act, While Computing TDS on Salaries U/s 192 ?
