16 December 2014 Hello folks, My friend registered for article ship in April 2012 after passing both groups. I would like to know whether he is required to register for GMCS? if yes, whether after giving his Finals for before?

16 December 2014 from 01/05/2012, the new rules are applicable for GMCS 1 and GMCS 2.
In your case, since it is April 2012, the old scheme of GMCS is applicable.
