I had started my article training in fabruary 2012, Therefore, I'm elgible for only one GMCS course. I want to ask that can I complete this course after completion of article training?
And if not, then after how much time from commencement of article training I can complete this course?
And if not, then after how much time from commencement of article training I can complete this course?

as such, since you are governed by the old regulations, you can complete GMCS any time after completion of 2 years of articleship or even after the completion of articleship.
I would suggest that you go for the earliest possible batch like March/April 2014
