Dear experts,
Company has given gift to it's debtors in following mode,
(1) rs. 6000 gift item given to some debtors,
(2) Rs. 6000 credited in some deboters accounts as diwali gift,
Plz clarify weather TDS will be deduct on both above stated point or not if yes how much,

As Company can give gifts to its customers as business promotion activities....
and there is no provision of TDS on GIFTs ...
