A declaratory decree is either of the followings

a decree whereby any right as to any prperty or a legal character of a person is judicially ascertained
b. The decree passed to prevent violation of a negative act.
c. Any order commanding active restriction of the former state of thing or
d. To compel performance of an active duty.

29 December 2011 1) Public wrongs are wrongs which is against public/soceity and Public wrongs are violations of public rights and duties that affect the whole community. Case is filed under Criminal Law in the name of State.
