we have order for supply and transport. as per terms of Order ownership of goods transfer to customer at destination I.e customer warehouse. in this case Excise is applicable on freight charges. pl clarify.

The freight charges should be includes in the assessable value of the goods and mention in the invoice that we have paid the freight at buyer premises then after payment of service tax you can take the cenvat credit.
