03 August 2012 Suppose 1st company formed as XYZ infotech pvt ltd., now we want to form another XYZ interior designing pvt ltd. with same name & same Directors...what is d procedure?

03 August 2012 BUT SIR, IS THERE ANY RESOLUTIONS REQUIRED FOR THE SAME? WHAT ABOUT CLAUSE NO.11 IN FORM 1A ,ASKING ABOUT NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE OF THE SAME/SIMILAR NAME EXISTING COMPANY??

You just take NOC/Board Resolution that the company has no objection on using brand name or name of the company and attached the same with Form-1A.
