I WANT TO FORM NEW LLP, HOW DPIN WILL B ISSUED CAN I USE DIN INSTEAD OF DPIN, TIME REQUIRED TO FORM AND REGISTERED LLP WITH MCA PL PROVIDE THE DRAFT AGREEMENT SPECIALLY THE ANNEXURE A OF OBJECTS AND SPECIAL RESOLUTION REQUIRED BY PARTNERS

I suggest that incorporate a Company as penalties imposed under LLP Act are very high.
