1. That I am named as one of the four director of a proposed Company namely ...... Pvt Ltd in the Form 1A filed with ROC Delhi & Haryana for availability of the said name;
2. That I have no objection if the said proposed company is incorporated by the ROC, Delhi & Haryana with the new and remaining three directors.
