I have to file form 18 what attachment is require when Owned by any other entity/ Person (Not taken on lease by company)

Form-18 Attachment- If Premises is on Lease
(a) Lease/rent agreement
(b) any proof that such premises is owned by that company, like, electricity bill, water supply bill.
If Premises is owned by Director
(a) NOC from director
(b) (b) any proof that such premises is owned by that director, like, electricity bill, water supply bill, passport, voter ID card.
(c) Lease/rent agreement

file copy electricity bill
with NOC from the person who owns the building on a stamp paper of Rs 10. and get it notarized.
the stamp paper must be from the state where the property situated, must be purchased in the name of person giving noc.
for noc u may easily find the formats on net.
