15 January 2015 My company having 200 employees working in the organisation out of 200 only 65 employees eligiable to deduct tds u/s 192b of i.t.act please suggest the company issued form 16 to all employees or 65 employees . 200-65=135 employees is gross salary below 250000/- and also suggest can i issued form 16 having nill tds and how

15 January 2015 Form 16 is required to be issued to 65 employees...

In reality it so happens that some software programme is ready with the company and then the other employess also need a SALARY certificate...may be for housing loan or any other loan etc etc...

So companies issue form 16 to all....
