20 November 2014 ST-3 is used to furnish the service tax return u/s 70 (presently filed on a half-yearly basis).

ST-3A is used to furnish details of provisional deposit under Rule 6 of the Service Tax Rules, 1994.

This return is to be filed by all persons registered under Service Tax.
