05 August 2014 1) Any idea why form 7.7 is not available for download from mca website ?

2)Is this form 7.7 (return of company)prescribed under any rules?

05 August 2014 1) 7.7 is now MGT-7. Its not applicable for FY 2013-14.

2) Form MGT-7 is prescribed under "Chapter VII - The Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014."
