Which year is to be mentioned whether Financial Year or A.Y for which exemption is sort ti be claimed??

Form 56 D is not meant for section 10(23D).It is for section 10(23C)(vi) and (via).

for the year 2009-10
taking 09-10 as Financial year
n annexing all documents accordingly for A.Y 2010-11.will that make any difference to our application for claiming exemption for F.Y 2009-10
