I am a bangalore based company, i got order from Company X based in bangalore, they have given Purchase order with Sold to bangalore office & ship to Gurgaon office.
now i have sent goods through DHL , now it got struck in delhi airport they are asking for Form 38.
i want to know what is it.....

Form ST-38 has been recently introduced in the State of Haryana. These forms are issued only to registered dealers. Goods of value of Rs. 10,000.00 or more must be accompanied by these forms during the movement.
therefore you ask the buyer to get the Form 38 in haryana sales tax office & issue the same to to the DHL
