Please tell me wat is Form 38 actually..........is it necessary for all interstate purchase & Sell to issue Form 38 .............please help me.........

12 June 2012 Form 38 in Up which is known in maharastra form 31 are used for purchase out of state . It is also known road permit.
Any One Can Not Purchase Good Out Of state With out Form 38.

12 June 2012 we are company in Gurgaon(Haryana).wat is the process of Foem 38 for gurgaon .is there any limit beyond which it necessary. and is it necessary for sell & purchase both?

12 June 2012 Form 38 Only Necessary for purchase of goods not a sales .
not a limit any amount good can not purchase without form 38.
