21 January 2010 Dear Sir,
1) What is FORM 32 ??

2) How we will see the status of Form 32?

3) If we Apply 7 Directors in form 32 but for some mistake only 3 Directors DIN is confirm so what about remain 4 Directors.
what will be the solution?

21 January 2010 1) Form 32 is filed for appointment and any other change in status of the Dirctor/manager/company secretary ofthe company.

2) login to mca21 site and see transaction status of filed form 32 using the respective SRN no. and please note that id should be the same from which the said form 32 has been filed.

3) well file another form 32 if possible.

21 January 2010 Dear Megha,

1. Form-32 is required to be filed whenever there is a change in the board of directors i.e. appointment or vacation etc.

2. You have to upload form-32 on MCA site by log-in to your account. Later on you may check the status of form-32 uploaded by you earlier but you have to log-in again.

3. Before filing form-32 every appointee must possess a valid DIN number. In your case you may do 1 thing. First file form 32 for 3 directors and later on file second form 32 for remaining 4 directors after confirmation of their DIN number.
